SUMMARY:Yoga in the Flower Farm
DESCRIPTION:A group relaxation and Dahlia Harvesting experience with experienced yoga facilitor Anzel van Biljon and flower farmer Lisa Pride. \nAnzel (E-RYT500\, BDes\, MAT) has been teaching yoga professionally for 10yrs. She is based in the Southern Highlands of NSW and specialises in trauma sensitive and mental health focused Hatha and Yin Classes. While encouraging her students to lean into challenges\, she also provides the space (and cues) to practice with safety and longevity in mind. Expect a poetic flow between shapes\, balanced with just the right amount of earthiness and slow\, nourishing breaths. Personally Anzel has found Yoga to be a powerful tool to strengthen the body\, shift energy\, find calm and ground back into the bigger picture. \nHave you been feeling stressed? Are you craving a bit o ‘me time’ to do something special and unique in nature? We have just the thing! \nJoin us for a lovely morning of relaxing and stretching\, surrounded by the sounds of birds and the beauty of countless blooms. Arrive in comfy clothes and with your own yoga mat and we will take care of the rest. \nIncluded in your experience: \n* 1hour of gentle yoga\, led by an experienced facilitator \n* Tea\, Coffee\, mineral water and Pastries \n* Harvest your own farm mason jar of Dahlias
