Terms & Conditions

Following a massive renovation here at the Dahlia Patch Flower Farm, planting has now almost finished and there are a small amount of tubers now for sale on the website. Some are very limited. As more tubers wake up in this cold climate the Website will be updated.

Shipping will occur with tubers either shooting or with clear eyes, in order to guarantee that the tuber is viable.

Please contact immediately along with photographs if there are any problems once the tubers arrive (within 1 week).

Information is provided on how to store your tubers, however as there are many factors that can impact tubers and their growth, ie storage, soil, climates etc, No responsibility is taken by me for the tubers or how they grow. The exception for this is if a mislabel occurs once flowering, where I will credit the tuber for the following year.

Tubers should not be planted until after the risk of frost. Ideally in Australia the recommended time would be prior to the first week in November, however this will depend upon your climate.

Should you live locally and wish to collect your tubers please contact me through the contact page or by mobile or email as the postage charge will be added to any online orders.

Wishing you all a wonderful dahlia season.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds & Cancellations, Obligations, Limitations of Liability and Photography/Video

Refunds will be given if the event is cancelled or rescheduled or if there are insufficient enrolments for the experience. In this instance all enrolled participants will be contacted to either reschedule or a refund will be provided. Unfortunately a refund will not be provided due to changes to participants personal circumstances or to change of mind. I would be happy for the participant to transfer the experience to another person but this would be the responsibility of the participant and this transfer would need to be communicated to me. If no transfer occurs then the fee will be forfeited. Tickets are unfortunately non-refundable.

In regards to health and safety, all participants need to comply with all requests from representatives of the flower farm. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave with no refund provided. You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times as we cannot accept any liability for damage, loss or theft of any belongings brought by you to the farm.

Attendance and participation at any of the experiences are entirely at your own risk. As a working farm there may be hazards and risks throughout the farm. Whilst precautions are taken to ensure your safety, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you during your attendance at the farm.

As photos and video may be taken during experiences for marketing purposes to promote experiences through social media, please let us know if you do not wish to be recorded or filmed.
