Another beautiful morning in the patch. Seventeen lovely people began their day with flowers, coffee, and a few amazing scones for good measure from Coffee Culture. The picnic area was buzzing with chatter, and we quickly realised a cantilever umbrella might be the next upgrade to help soften that hot summer sun from the East. Always refining, always improving.

A couple of our harvesters enjoyed a birthday harvest, with Angela being gifted her harvest from her brother. Now that’s a great brother!

Last night’s very first Women’s Social at the farm… pure magic.
Women from all across the Highlands came together for nibbles, wine, and a sunset harvest of dahlias.
Laughter everywhere. Conversations that mattered and new friendships developing.

Feeling so proud to run this little patch of beauty with the help of Liz.
This farm has always been about connection — and nights like this remind me why.

Today was all about mulching, planting, and giving the picnic area a little extra love. It was hot work under the sun, but Liz and I kept ourselves going with ice‑cold drinks and frozen grapes — highly recommend.

With another warm weekend ahead, the picnic area is looking beautiful and ready for you. If you’re joining us for harvesting this weekend, don’t forget to pack your picnic blankets to settle in under the shade.
